Again, very good point.  I used "bounce" becuase the legit sender will get a
bounce message, but you're right, it should have used the term "reject".

The code's still valid, let's just change everywhere that it says
BounceTheseLocalAddresses with RejectTheseLocalInvalidAddresses

How's that?
