*...@domain=>ad...@domain #admin will get daily report of all users

us...@domain=>us...@domain #user2 will get daily report of user1
- user can add/remove himself to redlist, spamlover, noprocessing via
email-interface
- admin(s) can add/remove any address to redlist, spamlover,
noprocessing via email-interface
- DNSBL providers can get a "weight".
The range of the weight is set in relation to the value in DNSBL
Failed Score (rblValencePB).
If the sum of weights surpasses rblValencePB, the DNSBL check is
considered "failed".
To make it simpler weight values under 6 act as "bunch". A bunch is a
group of DNSBLs with the same weight calculated as a fraction of
rblValencePB (rblValencePB/bunch +1)
For example:

2 hits in bunch 1 ( score = 102 )
1 hit in bunch 1 and 1 hit in bunch 2 ( score = 77 )
2 hits in bunch 2 ( score = 52 )
1 hit in bunch 1 (score = 51)
A "neutral" will result of:
1 hit in bunch 2 and 1 hit in bunch 3 ( score = 43 )
2 hits in bunch 3 ( score = 34 )
1 hit in bunch 3 ( score = 17 )
