Regarding HTML not displaying correctly: I only get the below error when I email directly for a block report on a specific user or entire domain. If I use blockreportusers.txt and send the report from "Generate a BlockReport from BlockReportFile Now (BlockReportNow) <http://hal:55555/#BlockReportNow> ", the emailed report displays in HTML.
