Hello I had no problem at all with sanesecurity , however I have heard someone which had false positives especially with securiteinfo.com and http://www.malware.com.br . And msrbl has some signature which should be used with caution (as described here http://www.msrbl.com/msrbl-spam ). Using scoring for malware you may consider to use also their aggressive clamav list with more safety. Another reason ; if some new signature list/site come out , now you may put their "string" in SuspiciousVirus , and you may safer test it with scoring.
