Yep, I've got the 12.06 build.  I'm seeing the same errors when ASSP dies as 
GrayHat.

Forgot; you'll need to install an additional "ppm";
open up a cmd prompt and issue the command

ppm s Win32::API::OutputDebugString

then install one of the listed modules by entering
e.g. "ppm i 1" or "ppm i 2"; in case there are more
entries, either select the newest one or in case the
versions are the same, the activestate one
