Set ConnectionLog to verbose and try the manual commands again - what is
in the log?

Nope. TLS is already set to off.

Do you have enabled 'do TLS' ? Yes?- just switch it of and try again !

[Assp-test] Incorrect response code for inbound mail in 2.0.0.14.02

I'm seeing an issue with response codes being sent out of order by the
14.02 2.x build.

Mail sending inbound to the system is failing with the following:

<[email protected]>: Protocol error: host mail.eatough.net[216.231.46.114]

said: 250 2.1.5 Recipient OK (in reply to DATA command)

I'm able to repro this when sending a test mail, If I connect to the
server and send a HELO I get the following back:

250-mail.eatough.net Hello [192.168.0.240]
250-SIZE 10485760
250-DSN
250-ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES
250 NOOP
I then send the "MAIL FROM: [email protected]" and I get back the
following:
250-AUTH
250-8BITMIME
250-BINARYMIME
250 NOOP
No "Sender OK" came back . I next send "RCPT TO: [email protected]", and
get back the following:

250 2.1.0 Sender OK
Now I get the Sender OK I should have gotten earlier, and I do not get the
"Recipient OK". Next I start sending the message body with the DATA
command and get the following:
250 2.1.5 Recipient OK
Which causes the mail session to abort. This is new to the 14.02 build,
and does not reproduce if I move back to the 13.02 ASSP build.
