I have dont that but my thought was since local users are taught to 
send to assp-spam and assp-notspam mail to assp-spam could be 
automatically cc'd to spamcop. However, we will handle this 
separately internally.

What concerns me is there was no discussion at all about my camav 
thoughts earlier on this list.
