that log entry means that the sendind session generated more than
5 errors (e.g. invalid commands and so on); before looking at ASSP
I'd better check what are your customers trying to do, see, a *BUGGY*
or BADLY written mail sending script may cause such errors, but a
regular email client usually doesn't; if in doubt, have a look at your
SMTP server logs checking for such customers IPs/addresses and
see by yourself why they got back such errors
