Ok, now I can start it again as a service ;-)

I will enable "MsgScoreOnEnd" again and give you a feedback if the problem is 
solved. To my mind it could be this setting because I activated this feature 
(+/-) the same time when I saw this behavior from ASSP the first time. This 
only occurs if the spammer is not listed in a DNSBL database.
