Having announced your intention to release ASSP 1.5.1 this week, you suddenly decide to state on your 1.5.1 RC page that the minimum version of IO::Socket::SSL needed is now changed to 1.22. This will immediately invalidate the use of ASSP 1.5.1 on Windows, as the latest version available is 1.13. In any case, ASSP 1.5.1 has worked happily with IO::Socket::SSL 1.13 up until now, so I don't understand the need to keep fiddling and making unnecessary and damaging changes just because you can.
