about two weeks ago ASSP runs now extremely stable :-)

If you reset one of this values, ASSP jumps directly to the top of PenaltyBox
Penalty Box -> Suspicious Country Code, default=10 (sbsccValencePB)
Penalty Box -> Blocked Country Code, default=25 (bccValencePB)
Penalty Box -> Foreign Country Code, default=10 (sbfccValencePB)
Penlty Box -> Home Country Code, default=-10 (sbhccValencePB)
