I've already answered - how ever:

If a mail is processed, the size of the content reaches 'maxBytes' first.
At this time we do not know the real size of the mail - so we do not know,
if the mail mail will reach 'npSize'.
We are doing all configured checks on that mail. Later, if the mail
reaches 'npSize', the mail is tagged as 'noprocessing' and no further
checks (DKIM, Plugin level 2, conversions ...) will be done (except
creating the DKIM-Tag if configured).
Only, if the sending server uses the "SIZE" - extension in "mail from" we
know the resulting mail size and the mail is tagged as 'noprocessing' very
early - this will prevent ASSP from doing normal checks, unless they are
configured to be processed on 'noprocessing' - mail.
