I was not doubting that. What I was trying to highlight is that so few  
of those come back to the server. Hence, putting the IPs in the  
firewall may not be worth the effort.

Agreed. That's why I put them in the firewall. Problem is that so few  
IPs sent packets after the one time they tried to send spam through  
assp that the firewall IP list was being clogged with IPs from assp  
that no longer sent packets to the server.
