TLS/SSL is not working in our production server. ASSP Version: 1.5.1.7(0.0.3)

Case 1) A valid whitelisted
external_sen...@external_domain.com tried to send
an e-mail but the email was not delivered.
For me, it appears as if the connection was just closed.

Case 2) The same
external_sen...@external_domain.com tried from
another server (I do not know how he have done it).
Again the e-mail was NOT delivered!
                 The situation repeated for same
e-mail from same user for many times always with different id number
                 (id-28255-09664 as bellow and
many other numbers for the other instances)
The emails was not Delivered to
our internal user and the external server was probably not informed correctly,
because it keept trying to deliver.
I can send you the file
/usr/local/assp/notspam/9664.eml if you need.
