Please look at the content (hex) of the file rebuildrun.txt . Are the 
wrong characters in there - I think (hope) not?
Send me the source code of the mail you've received.

It looks like, your outlook is decoding the mail wrong - [=36] is used to 
encode a mail 'quoted printable' - but the mail should not be encoded this 
way!

Even with 0.5.03, my rebuild log that's emailed still has the wrong
TrashList line.

The email has:
Oct-21-09 19:15:01 Trashlist cleaning finished, before =6, deleted =

but the log file on the server has:
Oct-21-09 19:15:01 Trashlist cleaning finished, before = 36, deleted = 0

It is as if the space after the = and the first character of the
number is removed.
