        # keep the whitelist up-to-date
        my %a=%senders;

If we simply didn't set %a to the list of sender addresses obtained
when NoGreedyWhitelist is anything but 1, wouldn't this accomplish
what I was talking about before where we don't want to automatically
whitelist all sender addresses but we do want to add to/cc addresses
to the whitelist?

This would keep the whitelist smaller by not adding every reply-to
errors-to and other unique bounce addresses in list email. it seems
that more and more lists are using unique one time use addresses for
each email.

I suppose we could add an option to either add these addresses or not
GreedySenderWhitelistAdditions, but is there >any< disadvantage to not
making this the default behavior? (don't add sender addresses by
default)
