I am looking to understand the differences in version 1 and version 2 ASSP for a large scale deployment for a client. I know version 2 is still beta/RC, which make this a harder sell for me.
In very broad terms, I am looking for the following: 1) Primary benefit over V1 and V2 once V2 is Release Quality 2) Will V1 be end of lifed at some point, of will they always be a choice to use one over the other 3) Feature wise, aside from I believe, the threading support in V2 which is not in V1, are there significant feature disparities in V1 and V2 that I should be aware of? Any other additional data you can provide would be helpful.
