In this case \x20 is encoded and this is not right - currently I've no
clue where this is comming from. But be care full - there are some ASSP -
headerlines that has to be MIME-encoded (if some contains a unsave
character) - so any application behind ASSP has to be able to decode
MIME-words!

Sounds like some of the ASSP headers are getting encoded
here is an example
X-Assp-Message/IP-Score:=?UTF-8?Q?=20?=-10 (SPF pass)
X-Assp-Message/IP-Score: 39 (Bayesian Probability: 1.0000)
as you see, the SPF score is getting encoded (while it shouldn't)
while the bayes one isn't; not a big issue but I think it would be
useful to avoid the above since otherwise any application sitting
behind ASSP and checking headers may fail to detect some of
them ... or at least the correct content
