The module name is "DB_File" (case sensitive !!).

Using your suggestion, from the compress:zlib thread:
C:\>perl -e "use db_file"
Can't locate db_file.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/site/lib
C:/Perl/lib .)
at -e line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at -e line 1.
