The last line of that version is 42517 - please download from SF-CVS.

Your modul installation is incomplete. Try to fix that or remove
ASSP_OCR.pm from the'Plugins' folder.

I downloaded it a second time to make sure it wasn't just a problem with
the transfer, but the same thing happened.
