No, it is caused by the wrong format of a  'Content-Type' in a MIME 
message.  'Windows-1252' is a charset not a Content-Type.

No way! 1.1.04 will not print the messages if  'IgnoreMIMEErrors' is set 
to on.

I'm seeing quite a number of messages like

in the logs; I wonder what's causing those (I suspect some regexp)
and how I may fix the "issue" and avoid such messages
