Oh, please trust me when I say I've tried. Our important people are too important in their own heads to be bothered with this stuff. The regular users have no trouble.
I'd simply like to be able to whitelist/redlist from the message interface. If I see a message in the maillog that should have been blocked, clicking on it lets me teach the server, but if it was let though because of an erroneous whitelist entry, that means I need to first move the message, then go to the whitelist section. Duplicating the whitelist interface in the messgae window would save that step. As an admin for a charity, I need to be able to save time wherever possible. Saved time gives me the luxury of doing crazy things like having a cup of coffee or going to the restroom.
