I thought not, apparently there is one:

D:\assp-v2>grep -v " Abort: ASSP is still running with process-ID: "
d:\assp-v2\exception.log
2010-Jun-14 15:39:40 Error: Worker_1: corrupted regexp program at
D:\assp-v2\assp.pl line 24210.

We were running version 2.0.2(1.1.11) back then:
2010-Jun-14 15:36:18 [startup] ASSP-professional version 2.0.2(1.1.11) (Perl
5.010000) (on MSWin32) initializing
2010-Jun-14 15:40:47 [startup] ASSP-professional version 2.0.2(1.1.11) (Perl
5.010000) (on MSWin32) initializing

The problems here started shortly before 2010-Jun-14 12:16:54
We were running version 2.0.2(1.1.08) until then, that version crashed,
assp.pl was replaced with version 2.0.2(1.1.11) and that crashed every 5
minutes or so... going back to version 2.0.2(1.1.08) solves it, version
2.0.2(1.1.09) also crashes here.
The exception.log file has a creation time of 2010-Jun-14 14:55:03 so that's
the first time that the pid file was still present I guess.
