I'm thinking about a web interface for the (end) users. Beside resend, whitelist etc. it could be possible to search for a blocked message, preview message, filter the list etc. For authentication, I'm thinking about one-time links in block-reports, SASL via SMTP, POP or IMAP and possibly a user list (or database table) which could be automatically updated (I'm doing that now for relay domain and recipient lists).
