please upgrade to 2.0.2_1.2.19 - tell me if this solves the problem
I think it will not be solved if you use Perl 5.10.x and you have defined
the 'complex AND/OR' regex in any of your regex files.
If you use assp under windows, remove that regex. If you use nix or Mac
try to upgrade to Perl 5.12 - see the release infos for 2.0.2_1.2.19.

Well
After trying all the versions higher than ASSP 2.0.2(1.1.08) i gave up.
If I upgrade to any higher version ASSP is not accepting mails.. its
opening
SMTP connection, and then all transmission is stalled.
Also GUI is not opening. It seems that TCP binding is somehow wrong.
If anyone got any idea what is causing that - i would be very grateful.
For
now i`ve given up as im out of ideas.
