There is no version check for DB_file in assp - if assp reports an error
with DB_File - the 'use DB_File;' statement has failed - possible because
of some dependencies are not solved.

I'm not using Merak either, but do have DB_File 1.820 installed on windows
and see the same incorrect reporting in ASSP. No harm, just wrong info...
