Could you be a bit more specific ?
I have horde running along with ASSP and I haven't encountered a
problem with using those packages on the same box.

AFAIK, to "re-send" a mail from the ASSP web interface, the admin
(or the user) will have to be able to access the ASSP interface on
port 55555. To me this means two things :

a. the ASSP interface has _nothing_ to do with the Horde interface
 (assp:port55555 / horde:443 or/and horde:80/81)

b. the user must know the ASSP username and password to re-send an
e-mail. Do you trust your users to do this ? I wouldn't
