This has been changed in any of the last versions of Email::MIME. This
does currently not affect the implementation of that modules in assp.pl or
any plugin.

that it needs the module Email::MIME::Modifier - however, the module's
man page reads
"Email::MIME::Modifier - obsolete do-nothing library."
