I'm confused (but what else is new?)

I want to confirm that I understand the difference between DoNoSpoofing and
LocalAddressesesValid.

>From the web interface-
LocalAddressesValid: Consider Remote Sender with Valid Local Addresses as
NOT spoofed. This will not allow relaying, but will skip delaying. Bayesian
will not block but mark only.
DoNoSpoofing: If activated, each external sender address built with a domain
in localDomains is regarded a spoofed address. An external sender is a
sender from an IP not in acceptAllMail and not authenticated.

Am I correct in saying that LocalAddressesValid skips delaying and sets
bayesian to mark only, but all other checks are performed normally? This
would seem to relate to DoNoSpoofing, but don't understand waht DoNoSpoofing
does when checked. What's ASSP's standard behavior for "spoofed" addresses?

Thanks
