Sorry, what is the PBTrap hash?  Do you mean the spamtrapaddress file?

I deleted all content from the spamtrapaddresses config file and I'm not
getting the blocks anymore, but don't understand why ntp...@ourdomain would
cause kenp...@ourdomain to be rejected (with a penalty trap line in the
log).  Are you saying corruption?
