1) You'll have to rename the file to 'modify.pm'. The location of the file
is right in 'base/lib/Blockreport'.
2) Like all modules - if loaded once, any change or remove needs a Perl
restart to take effect.

Two questions:
1) Does the modify1.pm file for the Blockreport::modify module in the lib
folder stay in the base/lib/Blockreport folder, or is it supposed to be
moved into a perl site/lib folder?
2) Do modifiations to this file require ASSP restart to take effect?
