It's stranger than I thought.

I sent the message with simply:
[email protected]
in the body.

2 lines for the addition, then an already on whitelist (is that because
outlook sent the message as an html message and had a mailto in there???)
and then the last two lines with two dots.

Results are as follows:
[email protected]: added to whitelist
[email protected],[email protected]: added to whitelist
[email protected]: already on whitelist
[email protected]: added to whitelist
[email protected],[email protected]: added to whitelist

Here's the source of the html email from outlook:

I just tried another one having outlook do plain text, not html and I don't
get the "already on whitelist" line, nor did I get the forth and fifth line
double dot.

So, things to figure out if possible:
1) Why there's two lines for the addition showing the global and the
personal and if there's a way to stop this
2) have the email handler strip off html coding so there's not 2 attempts to
add it
3) figure out what could have caused the double dot in the last 2 lines
above
