But all of this is only fighting the symptom... you have a much bigger
problem than that. All this does is prevent him from polluting your
ham/spam database. Now, solve the real problem, by rate-limiting
*everyone* so that if *anyone* gets infected, they quickly get the door
slammed in their face.

Allowing spam to spew from your server(s) will eventually get you
blacklisted.
