We're seeing these more an more now. I personally am getting 5-6 a day, and other users a couple.
I found this discussion http://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=639595 on splitting strings like this. The regexes there don't take punctuation into consideration, but that should be easy enough to modify. What I don't know is an way to use this logic from within ASSP.
