I'm a little confused. I have BombRe set to block, but the line that has
the check for $x.x million is set to score =>0.10 (hence the 5 score, 1/10
of 50). Shouldn't a scoring match ignore the fact that I have it set to
block?

I can't figure out why this message was not delivered.
