read the GUI - there is not more to say.
My recommendation was not to configure them all - use them as needed to
prevent spoofing (and/or allow spoofing from specific IP's and/or
addresses).

How exactly do I proceed with this ? :

I understand that for "DoNoSpoofing", I set it to "Block"
For the other two options, what do I do ?
E.G. "NoSpoofingCheckIP" : Do I enter in the mail servers' IP address ?
the internal networks' IP address ?
Same goes for "NoSpoofingCheckDomain". Do I enter the companys' FQDN ?
