Argh !! Missed that one; yes, it sounds like "something" is looking
at that 14.01... and considering it like an IP (while it isn't) - not
good
for sure (if it's true !); I think that, if ASSP really needs to look up
the
various IP "along the chain" the code should only deal with the
"received" lines and be careful when parsing them and I also
think that such a feature should be made optional (that is there
should be a GUI/config option to disable it) since, in my own
experience, running such a kind of check (received) is more or
less like walking on a minefield :(
