ok, even if I do not understand the  "nonsense" allowing an user to resend and 
whitelist
a blocked email . If you think is a "nonsense" because a bad local user could
resend and whitelist all blocked email, on the same way an user could
send to assp-white@ a lot of bad email . It's a risk we should run .
IMHO having confidence in local users I think that 2 buttons (resend and resend 
and whitelist)
could be more useful.
