I have 2 assp installations, both of which have stopped auto installing from a 
few versions past. 
The file is downloaded, but I have to manually extract it and copy it over. 
Used to work fine. Settings are to download and install immediately. 
Currently running V2.1.2(11338) on W2k8r2
