I replied with some logs but system said it was to large. Just letting you know 
they are waiting to be reviewed.

It's like the message told you - there is no worker running.

check exception.log and maillog.txt - try to find out why the workers are gone 
and why they are not restarted 'AutoRestartDiedThreads'.
