- It was possible, that a BlockReport resend request was forwarded two
times.

The following Unicode characters are converted to a dot '.' (U+002E) for
URI detection:
U+3002 - IDEOGRAPHIC FULL STOP
U+FF0E - FULLWIDTH FULL STOP
U+FE52 - SMALL FULL STOP
U+06D4 - ARABIC FULL STOP
