Is there anything unclear in the GUI description of
'URIBLServiceProvider'? What do you miss Tom?
dbl.spamhaus.org=>127.0.1.255=>0 <- this should not be needed (see
below)
dbl.spamhaus.org=>127.0.1.*=>'your weight'

ASSP will never query dbl.spamhaus.org for an IP - this is hard coded in
sub RBL::lookup.
