Hi, we are using ASSP 11384 release. I still have big problems, that the filtering is to aggressive even I have all penalty trap scores set to default. And I'm wondering why this happens? What are your settings for the penalty trap scores?
And, if there is a false positive, is it taken into account when re-building the spam.db? If yes, how can I get rid of the false positives for every email account? I mean when there are a lot of false positives, than the spam filtering will become more and more aggressive over time anyway. Or am I missing something here? -- Robert M.
