Only for testing set 'StoreCompleteMail' to not zero - tell me if this
solves the problem - if so, I know the way to fix it.

It is set as "disabled" - Max Bytes and Error Max Bytes are set to
12000. None of this has changed in years. I don't need to store
entire message bodies, as they are never resent.
