Whilst that stops them from receiving two block reports, it also stops them from receiving any information about mail that goes through the second MTA. As I have been having quite a few problems lately, there have been times where the primary is offline and all mail is coming through the secondary. Until the I can get the rebuildspamdb issues resolved I can't see this improving and thus reports from both servers are essential.
