In the past (1.9.6.1?), I've been able to run SMTP Connections without much issue. Now, in 1.9.6.3 and 1.9.6.2, it's been running quite sluggishly. It used to refresh every second, but now it ranges anywhere from 5-20 seconds. It doesn't update the screen very often. Right now, there's nothing in the connection list. It should be refreshing every second, but it's not (you can tell if it refreshes because it blinks and the time updates). Unless you meant for it to only update when there's activity?
