Your Perl is 5.10 - too...... old for the unicode features in assp.
Upgrade assp to the latest version - this will detect your old perl and
scip the unicode code - or upgrade your perl.

Got this line in the logs today:

What would throw that? (I guess some mail with Cyrillic text in it, but

the error?)
Running version 2.1.2(12099) on perl 5.10.1 on debian.
