Five seems quite a bit, given that you wrote you're using external resolvers; now I'm curious; do your local resolvers (including the one running on the same box as ASSP) run with full recursion enabled (aka root hints and all that) or are they forwarding queries to whatever external resolver ? > The third and fourth are the ISP's provided servers, and the fifth > is Google's 8.8.8.8 server (used as a last-ditch backup).
