Hi,
We have come across a puzzler with Exchange Online. Currently, anyone who uses a smarthost through our servers must use a valid username and password. With Exchange Online this is a problem because you cannot set authentication details! I essentially want to put ASSP in front of Exchange Online just like an online premises server. I want to do the following: Accept all email from Exchange Online IP addresses sent to locally hosted domains (default configuration) Relay all email from Exchange Online IP addresses where the sender domain is a local domain (or even better, matches a specified list)) Not relay email from Exchange Online IP addresses where the sender domain is not one of our domains and the recipient is not one of our domains. The third one is the difficult bit as straight forward whitelists would allow anyone with an Exchange Online account to set up a relay using our servers, locking it down by sender domain would block any none-hosted senders from emailing us. Is there an easy setting that can achieve this? All the best, Colin Waring. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Introducing AppDynamics Lite, a free troubleshooting tool for Java/.NET Get 100% visibility into your production application - at no cost.
