  I disagree. If the message is a false positive for SPAM, there is no
recourse to recover it. This issue caused some gnashing of teeth
because messages were truncated and could not be reclaimed.
  Further, parts of the header are missing as well. It would seem that
text input is simply aborted when Scoring achieves a blocking value.
  I consider it a defect to not save the whole message.
